It truly made our process so much more relaxing and enjoyable. At closing we also received super cute swag which was just the perfect icing on the cake.

And I went about getting a realtor in a very unconventional way. I messaged Team Jessica Skolada and pretty much said "Hey, I want to look at a house". No questions asked, Brooke was on top of it! She told me that usually we meet first and discuss the whole process, but she was on board with making it work! !! When we left a message for team Jess Skoloda, Brooke got back to us in minutes... Then, within a day or two she came to look at our house that we wanted to sell, and actually had a buyer with a full price offer for it before it officially hit the market... She was just as helpful helping us find the house that we just closed on today. There wasn’t much out there to choose from, but her guidance helped us from making a mistake on the first house we wanted to put an offer in on.
